The Wood Fellas Mission Statement: We, The Wood Fellas are gathered here today to make aware the problem of deforestation. We are against all types of deforestation in the entire world, however, we are currently located within the South East Asia region. We know that Brazilian rainforests are suffering more than South East Asia and it is a big problem. However, if we succeed in eliminating forest destruction in South East Asia, which would be an easier task, then the public would know how important saving our forests is and more power would be used in stopping the elimination of the Brazilian rainforests. In other words, we are starting small and building our way up. But we need your help. So, now that you know where deforestation is a problem, what exactly is the problem with it? Well, here�s for starters. Deforestation causes global warming. Global warming is when the temperature of the earth goes way above normal. This rise in temperature causes the polar ice caps to melt, weather patterns to change, and coastal flooding. If global warming keeps up, eventually the entire world would flood over. Deforestation is a problem that effects the entire world, not just the countries that destruct their forests. But we have to start small in order to have a grand effect. People need to realize that deforestation is becoming a greater problem by the minute and until you help us stop this menace, we won�t be able to breathe easily. | ||||||||||||||||
